This fella is a Cybertronian Decepticon from IDW comics Transformers series, only appear in the comics. He serve under Decepticons leader Megatron, is a strong mean character. I like this bot very much, decided to get third party company Mastermind Creations product, because Hasbro didn't release this bot. I don't care it is third party or licensed, as long as the product is good, MMC always make high qualities products, not like the original/licensed company, they are getting weaker and weaker on qualities and flaws for some of their products, very disappointing.

Turmoil
is a commander in the Decepticon forces, in charge of a
battle cruiser with at least a dozen crew members. Blunt and taciturn,
he prefers to let his ginormous arm-cannon do the talking for him.
This philosophy lends him a surprising degree of stealth, since
remaining quiet can allow a talkative enemy to unintentionally reveal
all sorts of things—his location, for instance.
Turmoil once had a second-in-command named Deadlock
who renounced all factions and tried to leave. Unfortunately, he
seemingly perished before Turmoil himself could have the pleasure of
destroying him. It would be quite a surprise indeed for Turmoil to hear
his traitorous voice again.

Cannon is movable, it can angle up for certain angles.
This cannon turret articulation is restricted by this hydraulic tube.
It can also remove this two tube for more articulations on turret.
After remove the hydraulic tube, the turret can turn 360.
If they can do some missile details under the feet, it would be perfect.

Look more perfect, but unfortunately the rod on the hand that connect to the arm is too short, easily to fall off.
Neck ball joint articulations is not bad.
Arm articulations, most of the joints on this figures is tight, in fact, it doesn't have any ratchet joints on it and tight enough, very nice.
Waist joint can turn 360 for transformation. Actually it has three parts of waist swivel joints for transformation use.
Ankle joint can only move almost 90 degrees.
The pose that all the joint can do, well, most of the joint.
His signature weapon, a huge cannon, really huge!
There is some details in the cannon barrel.
Looks really great, almost like the IDW version.
Can held by hand by changing parts, build in two different handle.
