(CLICK THE PICTURES TO ENLARGE)

Hi, this is another base building of mine in 7 Days To Die, I like to build, I did play Minecraft for awhile, but I much prefer to play this game, more details and more to discover.

What is 7 Days To Die you ask me? This is a survival crafting game like Minecraft, gather resource, craft, builds, survive to fights zombies in the game, you can build weapons, clothes, house, fortress even small bike! Like Minecraft, the world of this game is run by block system, everything you destroy, it will be disappear block by block, so, the build of the buildings is also block by block build up, you can do whatever you want if you follow the systems of the game.

Why the game call 7 Days To Die, it's because every seven days, end of the week, the game will spawn zombies hordes to kill you, you have to do whatever you can to stop those zamzams from devour you.

I currently play this game on Steam by PC console.

Click below video to see how the base work.

The blueprint(whiteprint, haha) of the base.

Dorsal view of the base.

This is the main building of my base.

You can say this is a fortress, hehe.

Below, the hatch is the main entrance of the base, and I put those round spikes around the base to damage the intruder once they enter the building perimeter. After that hatch, there is two rows of spikes surrounded the building, that deal damage to the zombies before they enter.

This is how the surrounding looks, it is a pretty nice area to lived in, houses huge buildings to gather supplies, I did take a long time to found this city.

This is the main trap in the middle of the base, I build it under the floor level 5 blocks.

To prevent the pillar from getting destroy, I cover them with spikes, so it can deal damage to the zombies too.

I put two rows of electronic fences surrounded the base, this will slow the zamzams down.

This hatch door is the entrance of the base, I will kept using this method if Alpha 17 stay with that.

Almost reach the ground.

This is the lobby, most of the room here is 3 x 3 'squareblock', it is kind of tight fit place to lived.

The door to the right is the door to the lower level, I will explain it later.

The doors to the left and back, is the generator room and the storage room.

I put mostly my loots and trophy in this room, the room at the back is the emergency exit room, but trust me, if any thing happens, don't go there...

This is the generator room, the doorway on the right is workstation.

Only one workbench and a forge in the room, the doorway on the left is the underground farming area, but still under construction.

This is the door to the 3 x 3 trap hole, aka The Pain Room.

I made this double door, because of zamzam break-in possibility, but in fact, I never test it, because no zombie break-in happens, it is just a concept of mine.

The lower level of The Pain Room, this look like reservoir area though.

The bottom of the 3 x 3 traps, you can see the blade trap here.

The upper floor of The Pain Room, I use concrete pillar as protection against zamzams, it work very well. And this floor is one of the option to defense the base.

The doorway at the back of the 3 x 3 trap hole is a corridor that surrounded the trap hole, I made it like this because I can use the wall to dodge projectile attack. But I wasn't sure it work or not.

This is the hatch door to the upper level of The Pain Room.

This is the top floor of The Pain Room. This room is actually look quite like bird cage, and the one who is watching you is zamzams.

This small window I build here is for clearing out zombies that stuck on the pillar.

This here can clearly see what happens to the lower level, also make a clear shot to the zamzam stuck there, this is another option to defense.

And the third option is here, just pick up the rifle or the sniper, and shoot through the window.

Actually the view here looks very nice, I will put a chair here and sits all day enjoying the view if I am really in the game, haha. (I think I won't survive a week if that really happens)

I made this small window for the spotlights, this here can adjust the spotlight without going out the base
.

The position of this spotlights work well, but I really hope the developer can make the light beam go further out.

The view from bottom of the 3 x 3 trap hole, the ceiling is actually look like a target, hahaha.

The hatch door on the top floor of The Pain Room is actually the door to the roof.

The roof is where I plant my farm for now. (underground farming will proceed in another time)

Dorsal view of the building.

The view of looking down to the lower Pain Room.

This is the stairway to the lowest level, to the living quarters of the base.

This look okay? (I mean the color scheme)

I paint here different colors to make this level looks different from the upper level, look more comfortable.

I plant a bunch of trees in the middle of the living room, this makes the room look more lively.

I found only this cactus can fit to the floor.

Some of the rooms in this floor is still under construction, the first room from right is actually the kitchen.

This is how the kitchen look, with beverage fridge, stone stove...

And a storage for foods.

After the horde fights, the floor of the upper Pain Room deals a bit of damage, but the building is still standing strong, not much a problems.

The pillar in the trap hole deal a bit of damage, but it is fixable, it is not a problem even if I use it for next hordes without repairing.

Floor outside also deal a bit of damage.

The spikes is the one get the most attack.

Spikes outside also take damage from the fall down zamzam.

This is what I farm from the zombies after the horde fight.

That's all! Thanks for watching!
