Octane/Octone
is considered vile, even by Decepticon standards. This triple changing bully is a cheat, a liar, and a coward who thinks only of himself and can't be trusted any further than Megatron can throw Devastator. The only reason that this inveterate thief is allowed to continue functioning is that he has an uncanny ability to locate stores of fuel for his fellow Decepticons, and is usually able to spin a fairly convincing excuse for why he was unable to assist them in their latest battle. As annoying and frustrating as he may be to work with, most of his allies will grudgingly admit that he does perform his job as a fuel transport quite well—if he could just get over his annoying habit of making them beg for every drop.

Tank mode in 360 GIF.

Top of the tanker. ("Tankor") The trailer feel so small holding on my hand, not that big actually.

The cockpit is located on the front section of the tank.

Weapons plug on the side of the tank, but I don't like the idea the weapon on those position.

Jet plane mode 360 GIF.

Top of the plane, it look a lot better than the TR Optimus Prime on this design molding. But the truck head under the wing design is really bad looking thing on the plane, must do some changes on that part. (I don't care G1 is looking like this)

Really clever to use the trailer wheels for jet plane mode landing gear.

Weapons plug on both side of the jet plane. I am not a fans of this, have to put away those weapons in this mode.

I much prefer those weapons put on this way. (again, will not put those weapons on the plane mode)

In jet mode, Titanmaster have to turn around in the cockpit.

My style of Octone jet mode, look a lots different and better from the instruction shown.

Just flip over the shoulder missile launcher (truck windshield parts), and split open the tail fin, two simple and easy steps, it look more like jet engines now.

The 'headphone' of the bot is not obstructed, it still work on this base mode.

This base mode is very sturdy, not a problem to pick it up. 👍

Close up on angry Octone face, the whole head is painted, I can see some smudge on the side of the crest.

After I transform Octone three different modes blindly, I found out there is something wrong in the instruction menu(I have to check back did I do it correctly), it show wrong Titanmaster in the bottom corner, should I change Octone's head to Astrotrain head now?? 😟 Lol. 😁

Not that details than Optimus Prime, look not that bad actually, but the abs button is too plain for my opinion.

Not much detailing on the back, just parts collapse together to form a back(pack).

I am quite satisfy with leg details of Octone, just the hollow part is annoying, just cover it up already! (actually it is not a problem to cover that area, just need few piece of extra cover parts, it would be great if someone (3rd party company) would release cover parts for TR series)

Back of the legs, nothing really special.

The max swivel angle with 'headphone' on... I know the design team have good intention to make the toy more fun, but I prefer never switch on the 'headphone' gimmick, Octone looks great without the gimmick anyway.

The elbow can do more angles if the protruded 'bicep' is removed. And the shoulder missile launcher is too tight to flip down to the back, it feels like it will break down someday.

Knee joint can go up to 90 degree angle, hip joint can do more than that, but hip joints is a little loose.

The back wings can position in several different positions, like in the picture show.

Comparison.

There is two display stand peg hole at the back of the hip joint, weird position, maybe the hips is separated to two piece, they can't put the peg hole that way like Astrotrain, that one is failure.
