She is the one of my favorite characters in Street Fighters series, really happy that Bandai releasing the SHF version of Sakura.

The figure height is almost five and half inches.

I didn't check the instruction menu, but the face parts can just removed like this, no need to remove the hair parts.

This is the original costume Sakura wears in the Street Fighters Alpha series, she only change her costume after Street Fighters IV. (at least what I know she is in the game) The molding look very nice for an action figure this small, colors look nice too. (official did stated she born in 1981, means she is almost 40 years old when this figure is release...)

For the articulation issue, I think that is why the back is separated to two, the upper back piece and the whole front chest with lower back piece. The whole front piece is made by soft plastic, but actually the back upper piece is normal plastic parts.

The two skirt piece is made of soft plastic, capable to lift the thigh up 90 degree angles, but it is hard to lift more than that, because the skirt parts does not have any joints to move. Oh, and of course, the signature red undies is sure on this figure. (hey, don't look at it in pervert way...) I like how they sculpted the whole thigh piece, it look really nice.

The red sneakers she always wears in the game, I like the design, the mold, and the paint jobs too, it look great.

The bottom of the sneakers, they even sculpted the sole details, those classic shoe style.

This box is only come with two sets of hand parts. The first one is the fist piece.

The second one is the open hand piece, basically for hadouken use.

Head can turn 360 and it move forward backward like below image shown, ball joint and swivel joint in the head, and, I don't know the joint below the neck is ball joint or swivel joint, it's only move forward backward.

The head band is articulated too.

It's not only move upward, it can swivel too.

Shoulder can lift outward to 80 degree, elbow joint can fold more than 90 degree, wrist joint is doing not bad too.

This image is showing the detail of the shoulder joint, the middle of the shoulder joint is a hinge, the inner side is a ball joint connected to the body, the other part is a peg connected to the arm. (now basic SHF figures is using this kind of design on the shoulder)

The waist can bend to side till this angle.

Thigh can lift up to 90 degree, but if adjust the hip joint well, it can go further more than that. Knee joint fold more than 90 degree, ankle tilting, forward backward articulations works really well, and the feet got toe hinge too. The bottom of the shoe isn't flat, but it stand very well. (maybe because the sneakers is good?)

Front. Unfortunately this box doesn't come with other hadouken parts, like the Sakura version hadouken.

Side. I prefer the color of this effect parts more than the Akuma version, just the white color of the front section looks really weird, like the setting of the spray pen is not soft enough, make the front look very fake.

Compare to Akuma's effect parts. Sakura's effect parts is a lots bigger than the Akuma's parts, because it is the 'Shinku'(“vacuum”) version.

The back part of the effect parts is actually same like the smaller hadouken effect parts, just the front section is added with the bigger layer of clear plastic to make it look different.

The background in the box is actually a cardboard background piece of Sakura home town stage in the game, stage name call 'Overpass', it is from Street Fighter IV, this is probably where Dan lived(he lived under the bridge, from the manga series, that miserable bastard...).

The second part of the background. I think behind the fence is the location where Dan lived, the thing under the back huge pillar is what I think the 'house' of Dan.
