PUNCH/COUNTERPUNCH
I think this here is not much different from the Hasbro version. (the lit is just glue on the side of the box, I am curious about whether there is artwork under the cardboard)
The most different things are the bottom of the box, they stick some Japan region info under there.

The car looks not bad from the top.
Most of the robot mode is not that obvious under the car, only the head is
Gun can also put onto the roof for attack mode.
The only way to store the Prime armor on the alt mode.
I think this is a mixture of many different car designs to form a vehicle look like this.
The front end looks like Mitsuoka Orochi, the side of the car look like the Nissan sports car model, and the back of the car looks like new NSX backend mix with older model of Camaro.
Compare with the G1 Punch in alt mode. (my old G1 toys bought it from 20++ years ago)
The white tape on the rear bumper of G1 Punch is something I put on there years ago.

Head height is 5 and a half inch, taller than Combiners.
The head sculpts look very nice.

The upgraded version of the old G1 Punch chest, look nice.
A 5 mm peg hole is under the Autobot symbol panel.
The back is just the fake windshield chest of Counterpunch. They fix the problem of Counterpunch getting cover blown when spying Decepticons, haha.
I like the sculpting on the thigh of Punch, very mecha-like.
The back of the leg is just Counterpunch side of legs.
Head can move backward forward to this angle, it also rotates 360.
Shoulder is double jointed, but in this mode, only the inner shoulder joint is usable, because the ball joint on the arm side is blocked by fender piece.
Waist can rotate 360 degrees.
Hip joint can swing almost 90 degrees, so as swinging outward, knees can fold 90 degrees, again to another side.
The fender piece is needed to lock on the shoulder by the tab to secure it. (instruction never show these steps)
The yellow gun for Punch. It looks very nice though.
You can still store the gun on the shoulder, the peg where they store the gun in alt mode, but this looks very weird, haha.
It is better to store the gun off the back like this.
The Prime armor can't peg on the back normally, only this way it will work. The gun can store on the armor this way.
Prime armor does not work as a hand for Punch, because he is not a Combiner, it is only used as a Prime armor.

The face of Counterpunch is kind of look like Ultraman 7 or Zero, with a crown on. DX King Ultraman Zero/7? Gridman Zero??

In Counterpunch mode, the Decepticons symbol panel flipped up like the pic.
And the Autobot symbol panel is flipped down.
The whole arm looks not bad in this robot, nice.
The most different articulation on both modes is the shoulder joint, work just a little different on the joint.
The only weapon for Counterpunch. (using this to hit his enemies?)
As Prime armor for Counterpunch, super weird. The clear piece on the armor can use as a small gun, but I don't really like it as a gun.
I prefer to use the armor as a jetpack and it looks way better to put on the back.
And I can use the G1 Counterpunch gun as the new Counterpunch weapon, how cool!
The third robot mode of Punch (the true face of Punch?), this is my fan mode for this bot, check out my video for the transforming details. This should be the real personality of Punch, like a hot shot, but very skillful.
The fourth robot mode of Punch. The dark side of Punch?? The evil personality of Punch, he suffers from multiple personalities, this is the murderous personality he got in this mode.
Prima was included in this box, I am not sure how different from the previous Prima fig or the Hasbro version Punch sets, but he looks really nice.
The whole figure is almost clear except for the lower legs. The translucent color looks really cool when the lights go through the plastic, I think it is light blue?
The silver paint looks really nice too.
It looks quite nice in this mode, like a carved ice block.
Compare with other series action figures. He is the height of the Headmasters series, taller than Combiners (he is not combiners although he got the Prime armor piece).
Compare with Combiners War, Power Of The Primes and Henkei(Classic) figures, Punch is a bit shorter than Henkei figs(Sunstreaks), taller than most of the Combiners figures roughly about 4 mm.
Comparing with the G1 Punch robot mode. (nothing looks really different right...?) For 30 years of gaps between the figures, this is a huge change, wow, I own this toy about 30 years ago, I am old now, and still playing toys, oh my! KUUPUUSH---!! (mind blown sound effects)

After many years, the new design is still relatable to the old G1 version, I wet my eyes...
They should not give the Prime armor to Punch, or the Prime master, instead, they should give the G1 version of the long gun to Punch, this looks a lot better.
Double Shooter.
"Report, Lord Galvatron, Autobots is doing chores in their base, Optim..." Counterpunch explain the daily things of Autobots base, Galvatron is annoyed.
"Galvatron told me to check up on you..." a weird scene from the G1.
"Fine, you deal with my Autobot counterpart, I heard he is nearby, real near.....(bye) Urgh..."
"Holy mother of Primus...!! Arrgh---!!" I think he got what he deserve, hehe.
He teams up with to red kids(haha) to fight the Decepticons.
"Punch, get more information from the Decepticons..." Optimus Prime was briefing the details for the mission, "Hmm... Maybe I should get paid from each side...?" Punch thinks. (I think this is how spies think in real life??)
