SOUNDWAVE
(CLICK THE PICTURES TO ENLARGE [ALL MY PICS DIMENSIONS IS 1000x1000px OR 1920x1080px])
Soundwave
is one of Megatron's most reliable troops, and he has positioned himself comfortably and irreplaceably in the Decepticon upper command structure. Though "only" Communications Officer, Soundwave stands at Megatron's side as a confidant, comparable in rank to Starscream and Shockwave, but unlike them, entirely loyal to his leader. Though stoic and possessed of little outward personality (as evidenced by his monotone computer-style speech), Soundwave is not without drives: he has worked hard to get where he is, and he guards his place in the Decepticon hierarchy fiercely. On top of hearing all in his role as Communications Officer and Decepticon spy-master, he is actually capable of "reading minds" by scanning and decoding the electrical impulses that carry "thoughts" in both organics and Cybertronians, and he will not hesitate to use what he learns as blackmail to keep himself high in Megatron's esteem. As such, Soundwave is not popular among the rank-and-file Decepticons, who see him as a two-faced snake and wouldn't mind abandoning him on the battlefield—if they thought Megatron would let them get away with it.
Alt mode 360 GIF.
Top of the cassette player.
A micro size boom box, really hope it could play music. Very cool to carry on shoulder (rotflol).
Animation about how the cassette cover works.
Rewind can also fits in the cassette slot...
...but it is a little bit tight for it.
LG-37 Ravage.
Ravage is also a bit tight for the slot, the slot might be damage the stickers on Ravage..
There is a peg on top of the torso area.
Without kibbles on the radio.
The bulged hip area is the space for fitting cassettes, and the shoulder cannon can attach on the bottom of the hip part. The panel for base transformation can also attach on the back of Soundwave, still don't know what the purpose of it. And the weapon can attach on the back for pretending antenna.
Shoulder cannon almost look like a double A battery.
Side panel of the radio with some details.
The other side of the radio player, it is a little loose without the base panel.
Details of the left side back panel, a earphone jack and USB port is at the bottom of the panel.
Right side back panel, a power button and a power cable slot at the bottom of the panel.
Almost as long as Super Ginrai alt mode, what a big boom box. Sound can be his lethal weapon when he is that big, haha.
Robot mode 360 GIF.
Close up on the head. The helmet can't really closed fits to the Headmaster, there is gap between the red eyes and helmet visor. It is because the top of the inner helmet is not hollow enough to fits the Headmaster.
The helmet is putting away in the back before robot mode.
Takara version cassette cover color looks very nice, and the details in the transparent cover looks great too.
Some details on the lower leg, it look like the old G1 Soundwave details. Legs are so boxy, so as the arms.
Head can turn 360.
Arm articulation is not much because of the bulky design.
Leg articulations reasonable, but the ankle tilt and forward/backward movement is weird, the ratchet angle is bad to let Soundwave stand straight and proper, what the heck is the engineer thinking about it?
Blaster LG36 Soundwave was using, with some paint.
Can't remember what blaster Soundwave is using in the G1 cartoon, but this one looks cool.
Headmaster Soundblaster, it look very good.
Back of the Soundblaster.
Cassette sled.
I can't find a place for Soundblaster in alt mode, no even the instruction show where the place for it. I found out the bottom of the sled is the right spot for the Headmaster.
Battle sled for Soundblaster. It look weird.
I fitted Headmaster Megatron on Soundwave body, it look... Weird...
And Chromedome's head looks silly, lol---!!
Base mode in 360 GIF.
Many stand points(pegs) for Headmasters, except for the cover part. (the peg in the middle of the cover is too big for Headmasters peg hole)
Battle station!
Connected to Ginrai base mode. Autobots and Decepticons is connected...
Size comparison on Legend Headmasters series.
Compares to MMC Kultur. (he is huge!)
My Legends Headmasters line up.
"Ravage, eject and attack the Autobots. Operation: elimination."
He is big enough to fight Ultra Magnus!
Even fights the Headmasters!!
"Soundblaster, begin the plan Dominations. Autobots will had no chance against us!" Megatron.
"Yes, Lord Megatron, but..." Soundblaster.
"...Lord Megatron, perhaps next time we choose a better location for discussing plan..."Soundblaster.
"!?" Megatron.
Lamp post mode. (lol)
One day, somewhere on Cybertron...
Watch out from your surrounding!
