Hasbro Transformers War For Cybertron : SIEGE, Autobot Optimus Prime.

WFC-S11 OPTIMUS PRIME (WAR FOR CYBERTRON : SIEGE )
(CLICK THE PICTURES TO ENLARGE)

Alt mode to robot mode video of WFCS Optimus Prime

Alt mode 360 GIF.

Dorsal view of the truck mode.

Bottom of the truck. The only bot things visible is the thigh of the figure, it is quite accurate this area is dirty(battle damage paint), but I prefer all the bot thing is fully cover.

The grey piece under the silver paint panel can cover up the visible thigh, just simply fold 90 degree, and close back the panel.

Now all the bot things is fully cover up, this look much more perfect in alt mode. (although not much people look at the bottom of the truck, hehe)

The molded details on the figure is impressive, it look very nice, even the most of the inner panel on the figure is molded with details.

I think this is how all the weapons store on the truck mode. The shield piece is like a connecting thingy like real truck, this is cool.

Or you can store the weapons like this.

With all the weapons attachment on the truck mode, total 9 peg holes, this truck is nearly invincible, this is the doom truck!

Kupp's truck design can match up to Optimus Prime now, I thought Kupp was a little bit weird to display with the older series, his style more compatible to the latest series.

Truck comparisons with Henkei series, POTP series and PE PC-16 Jinrai Prime truck. I like Jinrai Prime the most, but the most details is the SWFC one, the only thing I don't like the latest Prime truck mode is the roof thing, it is so weird that the truck look like wearing a head lamp.

But from the back, SWFC Prime truck mode look the most beautiful and neat in the group.

POTP Prime trailer is not compatible to the latest Prime truck mode.

Neither do the Ginrai trailer.

This also not right... (from Ultimate Optimus Prime)

Optimus Prime robot mode 360 GIF.

Head height around 6.7 inches.

Very nice head sculpt of Prime, the head is in G1 style design, but the face plate is more like the FOC Prime.

There are some molded details on the back of the head too.

A lots of details on the torso, the notch on the windshield make it look different from other G1 Optimus Prime. The battle damage on the figure is just something excessive, it is some light bronze silver-ish paint. Like some Youtube reviewer said, he would prefer to do the the damage effect himself.

The huge piece of the truck roof top is a backpack for the figure, it is a weird roof, it would look a lot better if this parts could fold in one more time.

A lots of molded details on the back under the roof piece, there is even some molded details above the display stand peg hole too.

One of the most detailed clavicle area of TF action figures, this is good.

The arm is also filled with molded details and attachment points too.

The classic style of Optimus Prime legs, this is almost look like MP version. The pegs on the lower legs and shoulder, is the one for pegging the effect parts from the Micromasters, but I haven't got one to test it.

The back of the legs is filled with molded details too.

Head can turn 360, back and forward movement is acceptable, the head can even go backward more if move with the bottom neck piece.

Hinge on shoulder and shoulder armor, it can wing outward 90 degree, elbow joint can also fold 90 degree, swivel joint
 wrist, it can turn 360.

Waist swivel joint can turn 360. There is a hinge for the waist to move backward, but it is actually a joint for transformation.

Hips hinge joint works fine, knee joint can fold over 160 degree angle, it is impressive, ankle tilting joint is available but no ball joint on that area, toe can fold down because of how it transform.

The space under the windshield can actually put in the Matrix piece from POTP Optimus Prime, but it doesn't hold well in the slot.

No problem with closing the windshield too.

Optimus prime's choice of weapon, the Ion Blaster. Nothing much special on this gun, just there is peg hole on the middle of the gun for attachments.

Another weapon came with this Optimus Prime, a shield in this mode. It kind of look like a Cyber Key in Unicron series.

Open up the shield, it become the heavy axe. (I saw paint smudges on the middle of the axe after I check the photo, hard to notice, but it is okay, it look like shot by laser weapon)

The back of the axe.

Weapons can store on the back panel like this.

Or attach them on the peg holes on the figure, there is many way on this figure. (so as the rest of the figures in this series)

Can the bumper piece under the forearm use as a gatling gun? It is like a micro version of gatling gun.

With full weapons attach on the figure, Super Strike Optimus Prime.

Comparing with the previous Optimus Prime in Power Of The Primes series, although both of them are in G1 style design, but the POTP one does not work like G1 version, it is Apex armor style transformation.

WFCS Prime is a simple alt mode to robot mode style figure, he is qualify to call 'the closest to the G1 style' Optimus Prime. (this is the cup of tea for old biscuit fans like me and others, haha)

Compare to different series TF figures, his size is quite okay standing among the older figures. POTP Grimlock still need to grow a bit taller to fit the size of G1 era.

Compare with several red leaders. POTP Prime is huge. (Ginrai is because in super mode, not count)

Henkei Convoy size is the closest to WFCS Prime.

When I first play this figure, it remind me of Toysworld Orionvil (aka Orion), some of the parts on WFCS Prime works similar like Orionvil, like where the front wheel goes in robot mode, how the rear wheels transform, even the grey plastic color is similar too. (I think they borrow some of the elements from Toysworld?)

Back of both figures. Orionvil is taller than WFCS Prime around 1 and half inch. Click HERE to Toysworld Orionvil post.

Both of this truck mode is kind of blocky, but Optimus Prime look better than Orionvil. (of course, he is more updated)

The leader of the Autobots, the bearer of the Matrix of Leadership.

I heard that this series will be releasing a new video game like War For Cybertron series, but it is not related to the older series. Excited to hear that, hope the new game developer could make it better than the WFC version.

"MEGATRON---!!"

He finally got the sword!? The wielder of the star? This could change a lot in the G1 storyline.

When good and evil meets again.
