Slag or Slug
is the Dinobot most likely to live up to the team's bad reputation. Slag is surly, mean-spirited, nasty, and disturbingly violent, to the point where it really is a wonder he's not a Decepticon. Slag will fight anyone, over anything, at the drop of a microchip, and fight dirty. Slag enjoys nothing more than reducing his enemies to pools of molten metal with his fire-breath (and he's more than willing to include annoying Autobots on that list). He'd swim in the pools to celebrate if he could.
None of the Dinobots really like Optimus Prime, but he and Sludge share an especially intense dislike of him. But it's not just Prime's orders he questions. He'll even mouth off at Grimlock every now and then, but somehow does not end up as scrap or lunch. Slag's bad attitude means the rest of the Autobot forces are unlikely to come to his aid when he bites off more than he can chew.

Mouth is openable because of transformation purpose.
Front leg is movable.
Thigh can be rotate, knee is kind of for transforming purpose not for articulation use.
With two standing peg point on the back.
Mouth can hold stuff like Primemaster figure.

The peg hole on the back is able to attach weapon.
That 5 mm peg hole is for Prime armor use.
Put all the weapons on the dinobot, it look like Zoids now, haha.
Compare with Swoop. Swoop look smaller than Slag in dino mode.
Compare with CW series Offroad and Headmaster Kup. It is taller and longer than that two figures.
Robot mode 360 GIF. I like the color of this pearl silver, it work well for plastic toys like this.
Fully black Slag head with visor painted red, it look okay for me.
The sculpting on this figure look very nice too, those mechanics sculpting details works really well on Dinobots.
Very weird back, like some high school kids backpack, if it can rotate up side down it will look even better.
Legs look so nostalgic, it look like the G1 version from distance.
The dino tail is kind of covering up the hollow area.
Head can only rotate to this angle, the triceratops hood don't have that space for Slag to turn his head.
Waist swivel joint can rotate 360.
Shoulder and elbow joint can fold 90 degree, no wrist joint.
Hips joint works very well, knee joint can fold only 80 degree angle, but if move away the dino tails, it can fold more than 100 degree angle.
Slag's cannon. He should be wielding sword instead of gun.

Prime armor mode, still looking silly on Slag, I think no figure will look good wearing the armor.
In combiner leg mode. He make a very bulky leg for combiner.
Side. Very machine feel.

Really want to combine the full form Volcanicus ASAP, I need two more limbs! (I got POTP Grimlock)

Size comparison to various series and classes Transformers figures. Actually Volcanicus should be in Titan class same with Devastator and Predaking.

Wheelie ask Bumblebee to run as he don't want to be a burden to Bumblebee.
But it is too late, Sharkticon is just on their way to chom them into pieces!
ZOOM---!! A red beam flashed thru Sharkticon head.
It is dead...
But who...? Who shot it?
It's Dinobot Slag!
Sharkticons immediately attack this newcomer, as he is the new meal for them!
But Slag does not hesitate to shoot them, he is ready.
First shot on the left one.
And second shot on the right, they have no chance.
But don't forget, Sharkticons is not just only two...
Slag knew it, he quickly transform into his alt mode.

Looks like the great fire is making us some roasted fish for dinner!
Bumblebee is curious why he is here while Slag is changing back to his robot mode.
Bumblebee and Wheelie is actually running towards the cities while escaping the 'mouths' of terror, then Slag is just nearby and heard the unusual noises of them making.
Luckily Slag is around the area, he is the hero who save the day! Well, dear ol' Slag, don't eat weird stuff, okay?
