Front looks ok, but when to the side view, it look a bit sucks.
Back. I would prefer the arms putting down like this, looks more promising, and I think it should be done like that, the trailer behind still can turn to certain angles.
A lots molding details on the cab, and you can see the Matrix of Leadership in the windshield too. (it looks cool, but the other side, it looks like some autopilot A.I. unit too, haha) I was hoping the cabin can put in a Headmaster or a Prime-master, but it really can't.
Can try to put the small blaster on the peg hole for attach the trailer.
It is obviously the upper chest panel of Optimus Prime is on the front of the trailer, but if they could make the chest panel close up to the hollow space above it, it would be better.
Some hollow out details and some standing point for Prime-masters at the end of the trailer.
So much details on the trailer panels. The manufacturer do the sticker works bad on this figure.
There is some space to store something at the back of the trailer, but not really that big to put a Legends size vehicles in it. (it is so cool if Takara version come with a Legends size Roller action figure that could fit in the trailer)
This is how it look like shoving Bumblebee in the trailer.
The car can totally go in the trailer, but the feet can't close, because the feet is a thick piece.
If they could articulated the wrist to fold in the arm, it will save a lots space, maybe the feet can close with the car in the trailer, and the wrist is movable too, in fact, the wrist is fixed.

Compare to Takara Ginrai truck, the outlook is very close, luckily they are not retool.
Ginrai truck is just almost an inch shorter than POTP Prime.
I did try the trailer on Ginrai truck, if you look at it far away, I think you don't know it's not Prime truck(or Pax truck).
Compare to CW Ultra Magnus truck mode.
Ultra Magnus almost two inches shorter than Optimus Prime truck.
My fan made base mode for this Optimus Prime.
Nothing fancy on this base mode, just make it look like a base.
They should mold some standing point on the side panel, so the Prime-masters can stand on the side panel.

This really a very nostalgic head design sculpting in TF toys, everytime I saw this face, I keep remember the episode Aerialbots go back in time and met Orion Pax. (s**t, brainwashed!)
I like the chest panel design a lots, look very nice for a retro design figure.
This backpack is actually very weird to look at, don't know what to say...
Legs is also very nostalgic feel, not bad.
Not to say the design is bad, but I prefer the legs have more articulation for the Prime mode use. (I will explain later)
Head can turn 360.
Shoulder ball joint can go upward 75 degree, elbow joint with two hinges, no wrist joint.
Hip joint come with armor cover, and the joints works really well. Knee joint can go more than 90 degree, no tilting joint on ankle, the feet is just simply folded in on hinge.
Pax's gun, as the original G1 cartoon told the stories, he work at dock, I think this suppose to be a nail gun or some sort.
The other part of the gun. Maybe this is a blower or vacuum machine?? (just kidding, haha)
I found out the trailer can do this kind thing, it can let Orion Pax like laying on the bed.
But the trailer can't lay down more than 20 degree angle, if there is something can support the trailer at the back, that would be so nice.

Side. This is so like the old G1 Super Ginrai mode.
It is weird to see knee cap is on the back, if it could swivel the lower legs somewhere between the knee cap and the calf, the truck wheel could move to the side, it will look even better.

Close up on the Optimus Prime head. This is my favorite Optimus Prime head design.
I don't know why, I feel a little bit odd about the windshield chest panel, I feel like it doesn't look right or it is not complete. Maybe it is lack of the silver stripe like normal Optimus Prime have at the bottom of the window.
Just I said about the legs of Pax previously, if they could do the lower legs with swivel joint, the truck wheels will facing side, I think the backpack thing will look a lot better for Optimus Prime, since he is land vehicle.
Legs looks very nice for a Generations series figure, I like it.
Just the panels is lack of colors that the legs looks like wrapping up armor.

Remove the Matrix and Orion Pax head is just sitting a little bit deeper there.

The core Matrix is removable.
The whole core is transparent and painted yellow on the outside.
The handle frame can fit in any other core, example the Enigma of Combination.
How it look in the chest chamber.
It can also fit Prime-master core, this is Vector Prime core.
Imagine if Optimus Prime could travel in time, yeah! (this will not happen, I think he will not change the course of the history...)

Head is on ball joint, and it articulated well, 360 turn, forward backward movement is still consider acceptable.
Shoulder joint is tight, and it can go all the way to top, elbow joint can go more than 90 degree, but no wrist joint, what a waste. (they should include some swivel joint)
Legs articulations works well too, thigh swivel joint is a little bit tight, knee joint is over 90 degree fold, ankle and feet joint do very well.
Prime's Ion blaster.
It is form by this two weapons. I like how they do the barrel on this two weapons, look very nice.
I like to store the weapon parts on the back like this, looks compact.
And it can move up to the shoulder like shoulder cannons.
I try attach the Prime-master weapon on Prime's forearm, it looks not really that good.
And so, I cut out two pieces of chrome stickers from Gundam model kits stickers, and place it below the window. So, how its look, better?
I should cut the stickers longer, I think that will make it look even better.
Orion Pax comparing to Titans Return series figures, I think Orion Pax is Voyager class figure, but he is the shortest among the class.
Compare with his friends from "Distance Land". (not include Alpha Bravo)
Compares to Henkei Convoy and PE Jinrai, shorter to the left, taller than the right.
Optimus Prime compares to Titans Return figures, he is sure a Leader class figure, but he is a bit shorter than Sixshots.
Compares to Combiner, King Starscream is actually not that tall compares to CW series Combiners.
I think Ginrai is just a little bit taller than POTP Optimus Prime.
Modded CW Optimus Prime (Primo Vitalis) is taller than POTP Prime! But the base figure is a mess, play with it is suffering... 😡
Compare with multiple different Primes.
I prefer Orion Pax be a security guard nor a dock worker in G1 cartoon series, then later he was killed by Megatron when defending the energon factory etc, and revive by Alpha Trion, this is more dramatic.

The power punch seems damaging the Enigma and make the Combiner power malfunction, his combining system is collapsing...
Eventually his combiner form break, and he goes back to his original form.
"You are done, Starscream!" Prime pointed his weapon on Starscream.
"No-- No-no-no-no-- Nooo--!" Starscream can't accept his failure, Autobots are going to lock him down, forever.
