Hasbro Transformers The Last Knight, Leader Class Megatron.

MEGATRON
(CLICK THE PICTURES TO ENLARGE [ALL MY PICS DIMENSIONS IS 1000x1000px OR 1920x1080px] POSSIBLE FOR WALLPAPER USE)

Megatron
was not always the viciously powerful and brutally direct leader of the Decepticons: he was once brothers-in-arms with Optimus and a student of Sentinel Prime, appointed to be Cybertron's Protector and commander of its Defense Force. But Megatron resented his comrade, knowing he was a Prime and therefore Sentinel's favored son. This anger allowed The Fallen to ensnare him and led to the revival of the Decepticons. Even without The Fallen, it's not hard to imagine that Megatron would have erupted Cybertron into war to rid himself of Optimus.

Megatron tends to become so obsessed with the object of his desires that he can ignore "secondary" matters, glaring flaws in his plans. Otherwise, he likely wouldn't have chased after the AllSpark alone, and spent centuries entombed in the Arctic. Trying to talk Megatron out of blindly going for his goals is useless. He will risk his world, his troops, and even his own spark to achieve his goals; these things do not matter to Megatron. Like his master, Megatron feels a violent hatred towards humans and views them as only slightly above bacteria, a feeling exacerbated by spending decades as their prisoner.

Despite this fatal flaw, Megatron did not achieve his dreaded status through simple warmongering. He's a manipulative, cunning strategist who can plan multiple schemes spanning millennia, and while they may overlap, they all help him towards his one, true goal: the restoration of Cybertron. For all his evils, Megatron genuinely strives to save his home planet some day, and with it, the Cybertronian race: even if it means he has to rule it with his iron fist and put his bloodlust to good use to do so.

Alt mode 360 GIF.

Top view.

With a cockpit on this alt mode. Believe to be the space to hold the hostage in the movie. (I think so)

Very nice cockpit details, like some kind of space fighter design.

The details on the jet also look very nice.

The chest plate look very protruded under the belly, really they could make it more folded in to the jet.

In between the chest and shoulder there is a display stand peg hole.

On the display stand. This figure is too heavy for the tiny stand.

The most different things of this leader class compare to voyager class is, this one come with two flame effects parts.

Effect parts can also plug on the front jet turbine, but can't hold that firm enough.

Push the button to reveal the cannon.

The head cannon can also plug on the flame effect parts.

The axe claymore can store on the back the jet plane.

It look like some starship after folded the wings, very cool.

I translated the words on this figure, "<PTV", what does that mean? 😦

Robot mode 360 GIF.

Close up on Megatron face. (don't know why I keep thinking of Freddy Kruger's face... 😟)

Face plate up. It kind of look like Predator.

How the mechanism work.

Press the small knob on the head to open the armor plate.

Torso design is really awesome, and there are like a face hidden on the belly, really cool.

Wings can't fold into small parts, and it look like cockroach back, lol.

Luckily it can easily remove those wings, just simply pop it off.

Not so bad after remove those wings.

Fully opened arm cannon.

And extended the cannon barrel.

Before the cannon is open, the whole jet plane head is on the arm, is it kind of resembling Overlord?

The two piece armor skirt is made of soft plastic, and also movable for thigh clearance.

The whole details of the legs is very good, but still looks a bit weird for me, maybe it is too short? It is better if the legs is longer, like I wish the shoulders position is higher like the Voyager class Megatron.

The back of the legs look ok, no too much hollow area.

The base of the neck doesn't lock on the chest, so it can moving forward/backward. Head can swivel 360 easily.

Shoulder joint can swing outward 90 degree, elbow joint also 90 degree, wrist can fold and swivel, if the wrist can swing backward more it would be looking better for holding the axe claymore.

Leg can't swing outward more than 40 degree, it is limited by the side armor. Knee joint can fold more than 160 degree thanks to the transformation needs. The ankle tilt joint doesn't locate at the ankle, it is above the ankle joint, so it look a bit weird when posing the legs.

I prefer this call axe claymore more than sword, haha, it look really awesome, and I think the slash damage is very high too.

Comparing to TLK-15 sword, I think the sword is too big for Leader class figures, and the axe claymore is a little too small for Megatron too.

The axe claymore can store on the back, by using the wings joint.

The Knight Of The Creator.

Flame effect part on the arm cannon. The arm is a little heavy after plug on the effect part, elbow joint is too weak to hold the position.

The flame part peg is fitted for the wrist to hold.

Those effect parts can also plug on the back, like someone said, it is like fireworks display, lol, for me, it is more like angry fire or fire stunt.

Another display stand peg hole locate behind the hips, but hard to hold the figure in straight position, the cannon is too heavy and the figure not balance.

Compares to my other figure in movie series. (not really a movie version fan)

Stand side to side with Caliber Optimus Prime.

And also comparing with other series Transformers figures.

The Tyrant of Decepticons. #1

The Tyrant of Decepticons. #2

"Megatron said he wants to negotiating."

"The end is near, my old treacherous friend. What a shame, you'll be unable to see it."

"Quintessa is the most cruelest of our god"

"She knew you couldn't do it, she know I am strong and you're weak!"

"You turn your back on Cybertron"

"Now you will watch Earth die!!"

Optimus Prime and Megatron

"We are brother once!!" Megatron.

"Once.", "Heeyaaa--!!" Last seen Megatron, Optimus Prime kicked him out of the 'window'... (Bay said, see you in next episode, The Unicron Chronicles! Muahahahaha!)

Thanks for watching!
