This is the fully upgraded Grimlock dino mode.

Now the legs look a lot better than the old one, Grimlock is not a dwarf T-rex anymore.

The back of the Grimlock, the tail is a lot more longer.

With the shield on the back. The shield look more like a nuclear reactor to me, reactor backpack on Grimlock, haha.

This look okay I think... Is it okay...? Schooling T-rex.

Grimlock's combiner parts can store on the shield like in the picture shown.

As for the cockpit piece, it is only usable on Slug, not on other Dinobots.

It look a lot like Zoids now, cool.

The seat is design for Titanmaster/Primemasters, it fits quite well.

This looks very nice, remind me the days I play with my Zoid toys...

The Grimlock combiner parts can put on the shield like so, as heavy armor destroyer?

With a hilt behind the shield and several pegs and peg holes for Volcanicus.

The separated swords line up, look very nice.

I think this is which the Dinobots hold those weapons according to size and shapes. They look a lots aggressive now, scary...

This look very nice now as he become a real man... Ehh... Real cobmbiner... This look as close as the Volcanicus in the Earth Wars now.

The 'reactor' on Volcanicus back, nice, wait, does that engraving in the middle of the red circle look like Green Lantern logo? Ehh, Red Lantern Corp.!? Power by red lantern!!? (brain crash...)

The great sword can store on the back, so as the leftover weapons.

Or maybe you don't like the Red Lantern reactor, you can plug two combiner parts on the back.

This is almost 11 inches long, awesome!

And the side of the hand guard can plug on weapons for more aggressive look.

Compare to different series TF figures.

The upgaded Volcanicus is a lot taller than King Starscream.

Full shot of the main cover. I am much prefer how PE version upgrade kits look than the TDW version, but I saw people use both of the kits upgrade Volcanicus, that works too. I really don't like both of third party company do to the feet upgrade parts, too bulky, if the feet shrink down a few more millimeter, that would be perfect, but that just my opinion.

"Puny Starscream, he think he is stronger when he combined!?" Volcanicus, "No! No! Don't kill me, Dinobots!!" King Starscream beg for his life.

"Help~~~!! Somebody help me!!", "Shut up!! You coward!!" Volcanicus is quite an abusive combiner...

"Stop, Volcanicus! We just build this base!" Decepticons yells.

"ENERGO SWORD ATTACK!!" Volcanicus, "AAAAHH-----!! NOO~~~!! Oh My Primus!! He attack us----!!" this is really happens in the game, Earth Wars...

Hasbro Transformers Power Of The Primes, Dinobot Snarl.

Snarl
is an unhappy, unsociable loner. He grudgingly follows Grimlock's orders and that's about it. He leaves thinking to others. He has few opinions and rarely expresses those he has. Snarl's uncommunicative nature only serves to fuel his sense of isolation. On top of all this, he hates the ungainly stegosaur form given him by the Ark and feels that the war on Earth means he may never see his beloved Cybertron again. Snarl is a profoundly unhappy being.

Close up on the stegosaurus head, mouth piece can't open, no articulations on the neck.

Many molded details on the side panel, no articulations on front legs, multiple joints on rear legs because it is the arms of the robot mode.

Fold down the fins and it will reveal the Primemaster standing point, and there is another two just behind the folded fins.

The tail dropped way too straight, I get they are making it look like the G1 version, but the old one do it because the figure need it to be, the new one don't need it.

The tails is articulated, but it is way too weird to fold up.

There are peg holes on the thigh, can attach weapons on the peg hole.

I found out the sword can attach on the rectangular hole on the legs. (the hollowed rectangular hole on the other side of the ball joint socket)

Close up on the head of Snarl, look okay, but I think he had the smallest face in the Dinobots team.

Very retro feel on the torso, he also had the coolest combiner peg in the Dinobots team.

The best looking back design in the Dinobots team, those details on the fins are very nice.

The shape of the legs always look weird for me, even the old G1 version. The knee joint looks fragile, hope it won't break long time after.

The back of the legs look bit messy, but at least it is not hollow.

Head is on ball joint, it can rotate 360, forward and backward.

Usual 90 degree angle movement on shoulder and elbow, swivel bicep joint and no wrist joint. Elbow joint of my Snarl is a little loose.

Waist can turn 360.

With lower leg that big, it is normal the knee can fold only 90 degree, hips joint is doing really well.

Totally transparent sword, they save a lots paint on this...

The best way to store the sword on the figure.

Compare to Swoop's sword, I can't say which one is better, because they're not my prefer choice.

Prime armor on the shoulder as shield. The peg hole is a little bit loose to peg on the Prime armor.

Prime armor as body armor mode, it look better on Snarl nor Sludge.

On the instruction menu he is the left leg of Volcanicus.

It looks not bad in leg mode.

This is the fan mode I saw on internet, but not that practical, as the tail will hit the other leg when moving.

It looks not bad in arm mode too.

The fins could be weapon to strike his opponent when in battle, cool.

Fan made arm mode, it looks more aggressive.

The team Dinobots, the team fossil, the team savage, the team elite.

Combiner mode compare to different series and class Transformers figures.

Volcanicus compares to CW series Bruticus. The Dinobots Combiners is taller than Bruticus, good to know that Vocanicus is taller, because each of the Dinobots is a lot taller than normal average Cybertronian, Volcanicus suppose to be a lot taller than Bruticus. Hasbro should made smaller Devastator and Predaking, their size is not compatible now, I have to put Devastator to different category. Or Hasbro should've made Volcanicus bigger in other case... (sigh)
